Logic and liberals

Unfortunately, when human beings make their minds up that things are a certain way, it is difficult to convince them to reconsider. Liberals will continue to be liberals unless and until they are victimized by their own policies.

For example, maybe their home will get broken into and they will witness a murder they are unable to stop since they don't believe in guns. Perhaps a family member will get the flu, and they will realize that we don't have the vaccines because of Hillary Clinton's socialist scheme. It's possible they may one day work in the private sector or start a business and only then will they realize how high taxes are or the damage minimum wage does. Maybe someday, a liberal will actually live in a trailer park or a section 8 housing neighborhood, like I've done, and they'll realize that most poor people are that way because of their own lifestyle choices, not some phonyRepublican conspiracy.

In any case, it's EXTREMELY difficult to use logic with these people and get them to open their eyes to the truth. Especially those who haven't the faintest idea what the Constitution is all about, or why the founders of this nation were so hungry for freedom from the King of England.
