Why Ron Paul doesn't like gov't "plans"

There are maybe a handful of people in the entire United States Congress who I feel represent my views on almost all issues. One of them is Ron Paul (R-TX). He has written a column weighing in on the proper role of government and why we should all be worried about candidates who promise voters that he has a plan to solve our problems.
