Does one of Kerry's plan include curing Krauthammer?

This man is a quadripalegic. I think his opinion counts more than mine ever could, certainly more than it does now. Last week, Kerry and Edwards basically promised the American people that a vote for the Democrat ticket for President/VP will lead to an end to paralysis, Parkinson's, alzheimer's, and blindness. One can only presume that these treatments will come to patients via Kerry's new "plan" for a government health insurance plan. Will conservatives get treatment, or just those who voted for him?
